Kilfrost TDIce Concentrate has a high glycol content making it an enriched, powerful deicer. It can be diluted as and when required: 5 parts TDIce concentrate to 3 parts water.
Ideal for rolling stock applications
Kilfrost TDIce Concentrate is a Newtonian fluid – a type of fluid that maintains a constant viscosity regardless of the applied shear stress. Due to its viscous form, Kilfrost TDIce Concentrate offers protection from frost and freezing precipitation on rolling stock for extended periods.
Kilfrost TDIce Concentrate is used on the underside of rolling stock to remove ice accretions and render the train in a suitable condition for operation and maintenance. It can be heated and sprayed using the Nordic deicing and anti-icing systems for larger operations, or with an industrial backpack sprayer for smaller scale operations. Only fluids from the Kilfrost TDIce range of products are recommended for use with the Nordic system.

The Kilfrost TDIce range
