Originally developed for the Royal Air Force, Kilfrost Windscreen Washing Fluid was designed to effectively remove both salt and insect debris from the windscreens of high-speed, low-flying aircraft.
Today, our deicer screenwash is widely used by air forces and civilian airlines as an approved windscreen washing fluid, and it is gaining traction in the rail industry.
While primarily used for windscreen cleaning, WWF Mod 3 also offers excellent deicing properties. Tests conducted at temperatures as low as -30°C have demonstrated its superior performance compared to standard alcohol-based fluids.
